Available for purchase on www.DVF.com and DVF boutiques worldwide, DIANE will debut February 28. Digging into the archives of vintage prints and shapes, the collection includes updated versions of the iconic wrap dress styles as well as new fashion silhouettes. Burberry Prorsum Leather Studded Biker Jacket

And I would wear this in a boat!
And I would wear this with a goat...
And I will wear this in the rain.
And in the dark. And on a train.
And in a car. And in a tree.
This is just so amazing you see!

So I will wear this in a box.
And I will wear this with a fox.
And I will wear this in a house.
And I will wear this with a mouse.
And I will wear this here and there.
Say! I will wear this ANYWHERE!

Debuting this Spring, and all over everywhere that counts, Christopher Bailey bring out our insubordinate side, with beautifully crafted leather studded biker jackets. I truly love it in the cream leather shown on Kristen Cavallari for Elle Magazine's, Elle Style A To Zee section where Creative Director Joe Zee displays it as "The Staple" item. Who's staple you may ask, mine of course!

New York Fashion Week Brief *No Strings Attached, Cordless*

Let me start off by saying its Wednesday and it has been a whirlwind, of a week! And not in a good way, however I digress, and refocus thanks to a little September Issue guidance from Ms. Anna Wintour and dearest Andre.

Anyhow, so many shows so little time. I decided to do this fashion week review a little different than I've done them in the past. Instead of having one singular post for each designer showcasing my favorite styles of their complete collection, I will compile them into one posting, that i will continuously update as the shows go on, giving you my most favorite look from my most favorite shows and a small briefing of what to expect, what to look for and how to prepare for this upcoming fall season. Shall we begin?

Hervé Léger by Max Azria

Unexpected and everything you'd imagine in signature Herve Leger style. Basket weaved skirts, and banded tops paired with go-go knee high boots A-line shapes and furturistic cut outs. Appreaing in creamy nuetral fall shades, including a warm carmel, pumpkin-y color.

Marchesa

"And I dont think youre beautiful, I think you're beyond it"
If ever there were a collection that made you feel as though, love could conquer all, this would be it. Filled with romantic drama, Marchesa collection included, Victorian inspired lace overlays and slightly destroyed silk tulle. "One dress had leather cut into lace, and on another the lace beading was inserted with wire and sat like fantastical metallic flowers on a bodice" according to Meenal Mistry. My heart ultimately stopped for the embroidered floral pattern in crystal, jet and seed pearls.

Jen Kao

This collection just made me smile, for everything as a child that caught my eye. It was a hodgepodge of,  golds, electric colors, sparkles and fringe. Almost like being deep in a ocean surrounded by glo and zebra fish. I enjoyed the golden beaded tights for every look, sultry navy body suiting and fish net tops.

Wednesday Child is Full of Woe

Wednesday is here and Tuesday was such a head spin, who has time to think about a D.I.Y blow dry and it is New York Fashion Week. I came across this little tutorial on fishbone braiding and things of that sort. Chic and easy enough, it took me a few tries but the more messy the better it actually looked! I may need to add this to my signature look!

My try at it.
(please excuse the pimple, lack of makeup, lipgloss, chap stick, ANYTHING! lol rough evening)

Katy Perry for OPI Shatter

Katy Perry for OPI Shatter collection, is an absolute blast! You may remember a few months ago, when Serena William's Grand Slam Shatter collection debuted however, I was truly disappointed with the lack of color choices but, still thought the concept was easy, artistic, funky and affordable!
The shattered collection with Katy Perry is available in 4 shades from left to right: Last Friday Night, Not Like the Movies, The One That Got Away, Teenage Dream and Black Shatter.

I thougth to myself, yes the colors look great, as do the ads, but, is it really just that easy to achieve, this glittery crackled look. And the answer is YES. Have a look at one of the many OPI shattered videos on you tube displaying how this look is achieved, and not by nail tech or makeup artist, but ordinary nail painters looking for a little edge just like you and I. Enjoy!

Strictly Social Diva Remixed

Realizing, I'd be up working for most of the evening, and having watched all the Sex and the City episodes on demand and checking through emails I received this;

Music Sounds Better With A Diva: Strictly Social Diva Exclusive Remix Release

Social Diva knows cocktails. They know a good soiree. And they definitely know stilettos!

Hello - because you know them, too.

So what happens when we tell you we can't stop listening to what we know is the hottest remix out there? As if you even need to ask. You'll go have a listen, of course.

That's right. We're announcing the iTunes debut of the second Strictly Social Diva digital comp - their release with top dance label Strictly Rhythm, remixed by The Wizard Brian Coxx. Yes, his track "Killing Me (feat. Sandy Spady) was on the original Strictly Social Diva release.

Soulful, sexy and beautiful house tracks - just like you. The song titles aren't called "Something (So Good)" and "Love Sweet Sound" for nothing. Translation: they're Strictly the most diva-worthy grooves and an essential addition for any dance collection.

Yes, you're "hot" to buy a copy. Click here to listen and buy!

I'm a huge lover of deep house, Brazilian house and a little trance This was the perfect mellow, sexy and soulful tracks to keep me motivated through the wee hours of the morning!

Vogue Nippon (Japan)

While putting together a vision board for Rich & Rebellious' Spring collection of jewelry I came across this Vogue Nippon editorial and was left more than inspired. Remembering less is never more, more is always more, and as they say the more the merrier.
