Spa Week appointments book up very quickly. The list of participating spas and the treatments being offered can be viewed on SpaWeek.com approximately three weeks prior to each Spa Week Event.

Khan-cours d'élégance *Ranjana Khan Jewelry*

This months W magazine featured an article of the equally talented as beautiful jewelry designer  Ranjana Khan.  Creator of two costume jewelry lines, higher end Ranjana Khan, retailing between $225 and $1,500 and the less expensive RK for HSN line.  Which offers luxury for girls who want it all but cant afford it all.  If your wondering about the style of her jewelry, Ranjana was quoted for saying “What I wear on New Years Eve is what I’ll wear to work”.  Sounds a lot like myself so you can imagine why this particular line caught my eyes, and my eyes are not ones that are easily held captive.  Beginning her career in embroidery, for her then company Phoenix Hand Embroidery which worked with the likes of Lanvin and Jean Paul Gaultier, she has an eye for detail, extravagance and uniqueness.  I always mention my love of mixing hard and soft elements and she displays this in her jewelry designs precisely.  Think metal and ribbons, soft tulle and hardware, pearls and stones.  However, this is all the beginning. Next on the menu for Khan is the developing a collection of “kooky” reading glasses inspired but her personal collection as well as a higher end jewelry collection.  Her current selection of jewelry can be found at Neiman Marcus, Harrods and Bergdorf Goodman.
