Let me be the first to say this is not an easy look to pull off and it isnt for everyone. HOWEVER, if its FIERCE FUN AND FABULOUS its for ME! This hot or not look is a toughy so proceed with caution. If I said to you, tshirt lounge pants and thigh high boots, Hot or not? You would probably say, HELLO NOT! Unless ofcourse it was done like this!
