Ring Master

I've mentioned in the past my slight ring obsession.  And I say slight because the odd thing, is I don't enjoy wearing rings on my fingers. I feel constricted and claustrophobic, however, I love and appreciate the intricate design of a well made statement ring. So I collect more as an art connoisseur, and only ones that completely capture my heart. With the help of my very dear friend, here is my miniature toy collection. Enjoy!

Kate Moss for Topshop AW10

Vintage boho, like only Kate Moss knows how, launching November 1st Top Shops 1970's Bohemian autumn 2010 collection. The clothing very rocker chic, includes floral prints, embroidery, paisley and fringing. My favorite piece being a grey suede shrunken bomber jacket. Bomber jackets are everything right now, and this styles add a sexy kicked up twist to the norm. 

Just in time for holiday parties, the collection also includes an array of backless, sequined maxi dresses, patchwork chiffon maxi skirts, feather bolero (which I need yesterday)  an beautiful cream tunic with faux fur collar. All of course perfectly accessorized with cocktail rings and gold necklaces.

Can I live?

I am running out of fingers for this small, massive ring obsession I have developed. But Honestly I would wear this ring on my toes if I had to.  Long Live McQueen. H&M for Lanvin Preview

 The launch of both womenswear and menswear will be available on November 20th in 200 H&M stores worldwide. Images from the collection will be available on November 2. Even though Alber Elbaz from Lanvin has been quoted as saying that he'd never do a mass-market collection, he was too tickled at the thought of H&M going luxury: "This has been an exceptional exercise, where two companies at opposite poles can work together because we share the same philosophy of bringing joy and beauty to men and women around the world," he says. Says Margareta van den Bosch, creative advisor at H&M, "We are thrilled aboutLanvin's collection for H&M, it is such an exciting moment." Though we will have to wait until November 2nd for a full collection of images which will consist of will consist of 30 pieces and 15 accessories for women, and 25 pieces and 10 accessories for men. In the meantime heres a preview of tuxedo styles, Avant-garde one shouldered puff dresses, fiercely printed trenches, and little black dress of your dreams.
